Missed our driver?

Please enter the shipment number together with your postal code to change your delivery. Please use capital letters only.

The tracking nr of your parcel, starting with the letters DD, can be found in the centre of the not-home card our driver left in your mailbox (see below).

If you were not at home when we tried to deliver your parcel, our driver will have left a card in your mailbox. On this card you can see if we were able to deliver your parcel at one of your neighbours. If not, our driver will have checked the box of the new delivery option we chose for you: you can pick up your parcel at a DHL Parcelshop or we plan a second delivery attempt the next working day. By entering your shipment number and postal code, you can choose a different delivery option until 22h30.

  1. Pick up your parcel at a different DHL Parcelshop Do you prefer to pick up your parcel at a different DHL Parcelshop than the one we chose for you? You can select one of five DHL Parcelshops in the area of the original delivery address. You will receive an email when your parcel is ready to be picked up.
  2. Plan a new home delivery This option allows you to choose for a new home delivery attempt within 7 calendar days. Please select your prefered delivery day. You can also choose for an evening delivery or a Saturday delivery.
