Consumers can receive or return parcels quickly and easily at our DHL ServicePoints. We have 2,800 DHL ServicePoints in Belgium. Many of these are located in convenience stores, supermarkets, or gas stations that have long opening hours and are often open in the evening and in the weekend. If you are collecting a parcel, always bring your ID.

DHL eCommerce has six RegionHubs in Belgium which are called terminals. Here we are on the move every day to deliver each shipment to the right address.
