Support for consumers

Parcels to consumers in Belgium are delivered by our partner bpost. If your customer has a question about their parcel, they can contact the customer service department of bpost every workday between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM and on Saturday from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
